ci_twosample_pro(x1, n1, x2, n2, cl)

Computes a confidence interval for the difference of two proportions. x1 and x2 are frequencies, n1 and n2 are sample sizes, cl is the confidence level.
Assumes samples are independent and parameters x1, x2, n1 and n2 are bigger or equal than 5.
